The TT0301NB is a single-channel bidirectional ESD protection device housed in a DFN1006 package. It is fully compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) standard, withstanding discharge voltages of ±30kV (Air) and ±30kV (Contact). The device features a working voltage of 3.3V, a clamping voltage of 7V, a leakage current of 0.1µA, and a junction capacitance of 16pF. Given that the BNC interface supports a data transmission rate of only 10Mbps, the TT0301NB effectively satisfies the ESD protection requirements for surveillance camera BNC interfaces.
