Engineered with a state-of-the-art ultra-low capacitance platform and cutting-edge wafer-level packaging technology, this device delivers robust transient voltage suppression for next-generation high-speed interfaces.
The TS0501SA-W is designed for surge and ESD protection across USB 2.0/3.1/3.2, HDMI 2.0/2.1, USB Type-C, Ethernet, and audio signal lines. Its broad applicability spans mobile handsets, notebook computers, tablets, display panels, action cameras, wearable electronics, true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, and Internet of Things (IoT) modules. The device has entered mass production and is available for volume shipment.

2.Ultra-Low Junction Capacitance
The device exhibits exceptionally low junction capacitance of 0.5 pF (V<sub> = 0 V, f = 1 MHz), 0.4 pF (V<sub> = 0 V, f = 5 GHz), and 0.4 pF (V<sub> = 0 V, f = 10 GHz), ensuring minimal signal degradation and preserving high-speed data integrity across broadband applications.
3.Superior Transient Surge Immunity
Leveraging proprietary patented surge suppression technology, the TS0501SA-W delivers exceptional peak pulse current handling capability, rapidly clamping transient overvoltage to safe operational levels. Under standardized 8/20 μs waveform test conditions, the device achieves a maximum clamping voltage of 6.5 V at a peak pulse current (I<sub>) of 20 A.

The device provides Class-Level 4 ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 standards, withstanding ±30 kV contact discharge and ±30 kV air-gap discharge events, thereby effectively safeguarding sensitive integrated circuits against electrostatic-induced catastrophic failure.
5.Ultra-High -3 dB Cutoff Frequency
Characterized at a -3 dB cutoff frequency (f<sub>) of 8.5 GHz for a single device, the TS0501SA-W ensures broadband signal transparency, making it compatible with the majority of contemporary high-speed signal transmission applications.
