This product utilizes advanced wafer-level packaging technology to provide overvoltage protection for electronic devices, effectively safeguarding downstream circuits or chips from high-voltage damage and enhancing the reliability and safety of the equipment. It can be widely applied to smartphones, Bluetooth headphones, power banks, tablets, wearable devices, e-cigarettes, portable internet devices, automotive electronic system modules, and power sections of communication equipment. The product has passed engineering batch verification.

1、Features a WLCSP-6B ultra-small package (1.30 mm × 0.94 mm), which is compact in size and maximizes PCB space savings;
