JY Electronics has recently launched an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection device for high-speed signal lines—the TT3324SP-HFx.

This product utilizes the latest ultra-low capacitance platform and advanced packaging technology to protect ultra-high-speed signal lines, making it highly suitable for applications with high-speed signals such as USB Type-C, Thunderbolt, HDMI, and more, including desktop computers, laptops, gaming consoles, high-definition TVs, monitors, wearable devices, TWS (True Wireless Stereo), and IoT modules. The product is now available for bulk shipment.

Highlights of the TT3324SP-HFx Product:

1、Features a DFN2510-10L package (2.5 mm × 1.0 mm), integrating multiple protection channels within a single package to maximize PCB space savings and reduce costs;

2、Has an ultra-low capacitance of 0.19 pF, ensuring the integrity of high-speed signals.

3、Employs our company’s unique deep snapback leading-edge patent technology, with a clamping voltage of 5.6V@IPP=5.5A under 8/20μs waveform testing. Compared to non-snapback and shallow snapback devices, deep snapback provides better clamping voltage protection for circuits.

4、Meets the ESD endurance shock requirements of 12kV contact discharge and 14kV air discharge as tested by IEC 61000-4-2.
