RayNeo X3 Pro AR Glasses Announced

RayNeo X3 Pro AR glasses, released by RayNeo Innovation, represent the third – generation true color AR glasses. They excel in hardware performance, interactive experience, and application ecosystem, making them a leading player in the AR glasses field.

In terms of hardware performance, it is equipped with the world’s smallest mass – producible full – color Micro – LED light engine. In collaboration with Applied Materials, it has developed the RayNeo light waveguide through nano – lithography etching. This achieves a 43 – inch full – color 3D transparent in – the – air screen display effect. The peak in – eye brightness reaches 6000 nits, with an average in – eye brightness of 3500 nits, capable of presenting 16.7 million full – color display outputs. It adopts a new – generation two – dimensional pupil – expanding diffraction light waveguide lens based on glass material. Through nano – lithography technology, the light efficiency is increased by 25%, the lens weight is reduced by 25%, and the lens thickness is decreased by 6mm. Meanwhile, it has overcome the industry – wide issue of rainbow patterns, with an impedance efficiency of 95%.

Regarding interactive experience, it is the first to realize control via Apple Watch. It supports the integration of multiple interaction methods such as five – dimensional navigation on the temple arms, voice control, and mobile phone linkage, greatly enhancing interaction efficiency. It is also equipped with a Sony IMX681 back – illuminated CMOS and a customized optical lens, supporting 4K photo shooting and 1440P vertical video recording. Paired with a customized spatial camera, the positioning error is less than 0.5%, which is used for black – and – white photosensitive synthesis and distance positioning assistance.

In the application ecosystem, it is newly equipped with the RayNeoOS 2.0 system. It integrates various functions such as AI translation, spatial navigation, AI recording, call – to – text conversion, and first – person perspective photography and videography. It is embedded with a first – person perspective multi – modal large model exclusively customized by Tongyi, becoming one of the first AR glasses globally to support visual Live AI interaction. An AI Agent application store will be launched later, bringing a large number of AI intelligent agents. In addition, it debuts the “RayNeo AR Application Virtual Machine”, achieving a deep integration of the Android and AR glasses ecosystems.

What are ESD components, and what is their importance in mobile phones? The significance of built-in ESD components.

ESD components are specialized electronic components designed to protect electronic devices from the effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD). Electrostatic discharge is a sudden release of electrical charge that can potentially damage electronic devices, leading to device malfunctions or a shortened lifespan. ESD components are designed to absorb, conduct, or dissipate electrostatic discharges to prevent damage caused by static electricity.

In mobile phones, the primary role of ESD components is to protect the internal electronic components from the harm caused by electrostatic discharge. Various circuits and components inside the phone are highly sensitive to ESD, which is why multiple ESD components are typically used in the phone’s design to provide protection. These components may include diodes, ESD diode, MOSFET and more.

Specifically, ESD components in a mobile phone may serve the following purposes:

Interface Protection: Various interfaces of the phone, such as the charging port and headphone jack, may require ESD components to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge.

RF Circuit Protection: RF circuits in mobile phones are highly sensitive to ESD and require ESD components to safeguard these critical circuits.

Processor and Memory Protection: Processors, memory, and other crucial components in the phone also require ESD protection to ensure the device’s normal operation.

Touchscreen and Display Protection: The touchscreen and display are integral parts of a mobile phone that also require ESD components to prevent static electricity damage.

In summary, ESD components play a crucial role in protecting the internal electronic components of a mobile phone from damage caused by electrostatic discharge, ensuring the phone’s proper operation and longevity.
